General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Guest House (Private House)
Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking a stay in the guest house "Maison Particulière", located at 2 impasse de l'Entéllée, 61210 Habloville.
Article 2 – Reservation
The reservation becomes firm and final once the client has paid the full amount of the stay. No payment is accepted on site, except for any additional services.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. They include accommodation, services mentioned at the time of booking, and tourist tax if applicable.
Article 4 – Cancellation conditions by the customer
Cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date: the total amount paid is fully refunded (excluding any bank transaction fees).
Cancellation made between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay is refunded.
Cancellation made less than 15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show: no refund will be given.
Shortened stay after arrival: no refund will be given.Article 5 – Cancellation by the hosting provider
In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure (natural disaster, disaster, inability to operate the establishment, etc.), the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The client will then be fully reimbursed for any sums already paid.
Article 6 – Arrival and Departure Times
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
They must be released before 12pm on the day of departure.
Any overstay may result in the charge of an additional night's stay.Article 7 – Internal Regulations
The client agrees to abide by the house rules displayed in the establishment. In case of non-compliance, the accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the stay without compensation or refund.
Article 8 – Responsibilities
The host declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of clients.
Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
